0kcal


Today, there are many diet foods and drinks. I’ll talk about 0kcal foods and drinks. Seemingly, 0kcal foods and drinks are good for diet, however we should be careful. Although they are 0kcal, companies can display as 0kcal up to 5kcal. Also, we should be careful to artificial sweeteners. Many diet foods and drinks is using artificial sweeteners. Especially, aspartame is putting in question. Aspartame is 200 times as sweet as sugar, However there is a risk for phenylketonuria. Also, there is a possibility of becoming causes of cancer. So, if you want to eat or drink, you should choose original goods(not 0kcal) or you should drink tea or water.
